HOW TO : STAY FIT FOR 2017 I NEON DOTS
Hey neonators, it's neon dots here. Today, I will be sharing with you guys some healthy meal plans, tips, tricks, and workouts that you guys can try out, if you guys not only want to loose weight, but want to feel healthy this year, so let's get started!
1) DIY WORKOUT POPSICLE STICKS
•Popsicle sticks
•Sharpie
•Two cups
Take one cup, and write "To Do" and with other, write "Complete". On each workout stick, you can write how long you want to do your workout, how many sets, and the amount of that type of workout that you want to do as well, and place them all into the to do cup. That way, you can have a new setup for your workout every day.
2) MEAL PREP
If you guys have not tried meal prep yet, or you have a certain diet that you are on, or you just want to keep track of what you are eating throughout the week, you should definitely try out meal prep. Check out the link down below. These are two videos that can help you with meal prep, by Arika Sato and Gigi Gorgeous.

3) ADD FRUIT TO YOUR WATER
Even adding fruit to your water will help you wake up refreshed in the morning, and it is really healthy for you. It is also great to carry with you to school as well, if you have no time to grab a snack for breaks throughout your school day.
4) STRAWBERRY, BANANA, BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
•Strawberries
•Banana
•Blueberries
•Yogurt
•Milk
(You can also add ice if the consistency is too thick)
Blend all of these together in the blender. This is a great, simple recipe because it takes no time at all, and it fills you up in the morning. If you are running late for school, this is a great way to fill up on all of the healthy fruits you need to eat. If you have a little more time in the morning, but you don't own a blender, you can also go to a smoothie shop, if you have one in your town.
5) GO ON HIKES
I love going on hikes, and I really recommend it for those who want to get off of their phones, and spend some time with friends and family. You can chat with friends without having electronics getting in the way, and you get an amazing workout. You can also bring a small picnic with you. Finding a trail to walk on is also great as well, because you are getting exercise, and you are enjoying what you are doing as well.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post, and if you enjoyed it, make sure to share it with friends. Kisses to my neonators!
