Hey guys, what's up! It's Olivia and welcome back to my blog! I cannot believe I am saying that once again; it is way too surreal to express in words! I am beyond grateful and excited to be back on my blog once again. Thank you guys for being beyond patient with me and continuing to support me throughout my break. It was more than six months, in fact, closer to nine...
I have missed you guys more than you will ever know, and it was a much-needed break. I was in desperate need of some time to myself, where I didn't have to worry about uploading posts or deadlines. I was also able to focus on my personal and school life, which was amazing. But, now I am back and better than ever!
Today I will be talking about clear bags, one of the most popular current spring trends at the moment. 1) CLEAR BAGS
I never realized how popular clear bags were, until one of my favorite Instagram babes, @ireneisgood (Irene Kim - Korean model and social media influencer) announced that she was releasing merch! Aside from the things that you would have expected, such as sweaters or mugs, she announced that she would be releasing these adorable clear baggies, which you can fill with your seasonal essentials (this has yet to be released.)

Later that week, I also found another adorable clear bag at Urban Outfitters, and when I went digging for some fashion outfit ideas from NYFW, I also found many fashion influencers carrying them around as well!

Personally, I am all for this trend because I think that, although some may argue that they can appear to be cheap or tacky, I find them extremely chic. I also think they are the perfect twist on a regular spring or summer bag. You are able to show your cute summer must-haves to the world, and it doesn't draw attention from your outfit; yet, it still makes a great statement piece.
If I were to put anything in my clear bag, which I will be purchasing from Irene's new brand, I would be throwing in some sunnies, my Mario Badescu Rose Water Spray (a must have for summer because it is cooling to the skin, moisturizes, and refreshes your makeup - leaves your skin flawless and dewey), a couple matte lippies, and if the bag is a good size, a fun magazine. 2) CURRENT PLAYLIST
You guys know how much of a fan I am of music. I seriously don't know what I would do without it, and honestly, when I am not socializing with friends, you will catch me wearing my favorite earphones and listening to some good songs. During my break, I got into KPop; being Korean myself, this was something that felt natural to me. I got into a couple fandoms here and there, and slowly transitioned to another world haha. And of course, my K Pop fans out there probably guessed by now; but I have been into Black Pink and BTS the most lately.
I plan on doing Black Pink inspired looks and outfits coming up, so get excited! I can also make a BTS post, so let me know if you would be interested in seeing that by sharing this post so that I know! But yes, that has been taking up most of my playlist.
I have also been loving Madison Beer's new album (particularly Home With You, Fools and Tyler Durden), Sabrina Carpenter's song called Alien, Daya's song called I Wanna Know, and a couple throwback songs. Not too old, but definitely not released this year; Rihanna's song, Needed Me, and CL's song, Lifted.
Thank you guys so much for coming back again! I cannot promise that I will be uploading every other day, or that I will even have a schedule; but I can promise you that I will be uploading again from now on, which I am extremely thrilled about. You guys will be seeing a lot more into my personal life as well. Thank you once again, and I love you guys so much!
