DIY CORNER: 4TH OF JULY PART 2
•Red Jello
•Blue Jello
•White Jello
•Cherry
Put in your colors in any flavor, and make sure to wait for every single layer. Basically, start with your blue and pour the Jello mixture into the cup, waiting until it cools. Then do white, and follow with the same steps. Once you reach the red for the top, add a cherry on top, or any kind of red berry or food, but a cherry works best because since the stem is sticking up on the top, it looks like a firecracker and it's super cute!
•Pretzel sticks
•White chocolate
•Blue chocolate
•White sprinkles
•Zip lock bag
•Scissors
•Red chocolate
•Mason Jar (optional)
Melt your chocolates in the microwave and start off by dipping your pretzel stick halfway, putting it on a plate and into the freezer. Then, once it cools, dip your white chocolate into the blue halfway and into the freezer it goes, or you could also use your fridge, but that will obviously take a longer time, but whatever works for you. While that is cooling, take your red chocolate and put it in the zip lock bag, securing it tightly, and cutting off the tip. Once ti cools, you can put on the red lines on the white chocolate and you can pop that in to cool once more and once you are done, you can put them in a mason jar to make it more cute, and you could decorate it with festive stickers and things like that, and in the picture I have, you could also use a festive ribbon to it, as well as a little flag that you could easily find at your local drugstore.
•Big plate/tray
•Wax paper
•White chocolate covered pretzels
•Strawberries
•Bowl
•Blueberries
Take your baking tray and put on your wax paper (or your big plate and do not put on the wax paper) and put your bowl of blueberries on the corner, and making stripes with your strawberries and your white chocolate covered pretzels and you are done!
•Pre-made rice crispy treats
•Red and blue chocolate
•White chocolate
•Zip lock bag
•Scissors
•Festive straws
•Sprinkles
Take your rice crispy treats and dip it halfway through the treat, resting it on some kind of plate. Then stick in a festive on the top. For the red chocolate, put that in the fridge and once that is done cooling, you can take your zip lock bag and put the white chocolate, again (like I always mention), securing it and cutting the tip, making strips. For your blue crispy treats, put on festive sprinkles and pop that in, and you are done to serve these yummy treats to your guests.
(As simple as it can get, for those people who really don't want to do anything crazy... aka me)
•Cutting knife
•Apples
•Raspberries
•Blueberries
•Big bowl
I honestly don't have to describe this to you, just pour in your berries and cut your apples.
Hope you guys found this helpful!
