PROM! MAKEUP, HAIR, OUTFIT, AND MORE! I NEON DOTS
Hey guys! Prom is coming up, and I know a lot of you guys are in High School, and let's be real, every girl worries about who they're going to go with, what they're going to wear, and everything like that, so I wanted to help you guys with that so that you guys can minimize the stress, so let's get started!
DRESS IDEAS:
This is a gorgeous black beaded high neck dress (two-piece) with a black dress, including a slit.
Another two-piece, grey, lavender dress, lace top, bralette, skirt with slit.
Dark maroon, low v-neck fitted dress.
HAIR:
•Curling iron
•Hair brush
Take sections of your hair and curl them with a bigger, more wider wand for more natural waves, and a smaller, tighter wand for more tighter curls. Afterward, brush out the curls to make a more softer look.
•Hair band
•Hair brush
•Bobby pins
Pull a section of your hair back into a high pony tail on top of your head and twist your hair around the hair band, and pin the bun together with a bobby pin.
•Hair band
Pull your hair to the side and into a braid, and instead of just putting the hair band at the end, also put the hair band in the center for a more formal look.
MAKEUP:
Take a light pink color and sweep that on your lid, and take a darker purple for your outer v, and add a white eyeshadow color for your inner corner. Add your favorite eyeliner and apply your favorite mascara. Add that same white eyeshadow under your brow as a highlighter.
Take a shimmery gold eyeshadow color and put that across your lid, and take a shimmery brown and add that to the end of your lid. Above your lid, take a orange eyeshadow, and at the end of that, take a orange, purple eyeshadow color and sweep that from the end of the orange, down to your lower lash line, and take a white eyeshadow into your inner corner and take that same shadow as, again, a highlighter under your brow.
Take a light gold eyeshadow and put that over your lid, and in the center, take a light purple, bronze like eyeshadow, and at the end of your lid, take a dark brown shimmery eyeshadow. Take a piece of tape and put that at the end of your eyelid, upward to your ear, and apply eyeliner toward the end of the tape, and take the tape off so that you have the perfect eyeliner. Apply a dark lipstick since it is a simple, neutral like eye look, or even a lighter color if you'd like, and you're done!
PROM TALK:
I personally think that a girl should ask a guy out, not the other way around. In the past, a stereotype has been made where guys always ask the girls out, but I think that any girl has the right to ask any guy out that they want to. Maybe give him a custom made heart shaped pizza, in the box saying, I know it's cheesy, but prom? I don't know, I think that girls can be romantic too.
Go prom shopping with your friends at a store where no one else would think. You could even go to a thrift store for a vintage dress that no one else has for great prices. You can also have a second opinion from your friends and what not.
