3 DIY FOOD RELATED HALLOWEEN COSTUME IDEAS I NEON DOTS

Hey neonators, it's neon dots here. If you are lazy like me, you would wait until the last minute to check to see if the costume that you want is in stock, and by the time you look, it isn't, so I am going to show you guys three really cute and easy DIY costume ideas that you can recreate, so let's get started!

1) POPCORN

•Tissues
•Glue gun
•Yellow paint
•Sponge brush
•Tight white skirt
•Red fabric paint
•Painters tape
•White crop top

Crumble up some tissues and glue the edges together so they stay in place. With either half or 3/4 of the tissues you have, paint them yellow and wait until they dry. Glue them onto your shirt. Afterward, take your skirt and place your painters tape vertically. In the white spaces, take your red fabric paint and start painting. After the fabric paint has dried (you will want to follow any specific instructions as well if required) take paint off, and you have the cutest costume ever!

2) GUM BALL MACHINE

•White top
•Colorful bags of pom poms
•Glue gun
•Paper
•Sharpie
•Red skirt
•Scissors
•Headband

Take your headband and glue on your pom poms. Repeat the same process with your shirt. After you have completed your top and headband, set those aside. Cut out a rectangular piece of paper and draw on a little slot where the coins would go. Glue it onto the front of your skirt, and there you have it!

3) ICE CREAM

•White dress
•Glue gun
•Colorful construction paper
•Scissors
•Brown paper
•Tape
•Headband
•Tape

Take your construction paper and cut out long, thin pieces of paper so that they look like sprinkles, and glue them onto your dress. I would recommend using an old white dress that you typically don't use, but if you want to wear a certain dress and wear it outside of halloween as well, you can tape on the sprinkles. Otherwise, continue gluing. Set the dress aside. Take your construction paper and roll it by the corners to create a cone. Tape it together and glue it onto your rubber band.
