SUMMER HOME DECOR IDEAS I NEON DOTS
Hey neonators, it's neon dots here. Today, I will be giving you guys some cute home decor ideas for summer if you want to spice up your house, so let's get started!
1) SITTING AREA
If you have a bigger bedroom and you have a large space, you can add a cute sitting area for guests, or for yourself as well. You can add a marble or clear coffee table. A printed poof can be adorable as well. Add a tray and put magazines, as well as mini home decor accents. You can find a fun chair at a flea market or at any small boutique that may sell some unique finds, add some throw pillows and a blanket, a couple of cute tall green plants in the corner and simple art pieces, and you are done.
2) ADDING COLOR TO YOUR BED
You can swap out your regular bedding for a cute print. I would recommend something thinner than what you are typically used to if you live somewhere with hot weather. You can also find a unique colored headboard online if you want to bring color. You can also tone it down by having fun throw pillows and blankets for the color in your room.
3) LIVING ROOM
If you want to add more color to your living room, I suggest you go with a softer color palette, such as pastels. You can add a printed rug as well if you want print, or add textured pillows.
4) BATHROOM
I love gold and marble accents for any bathroom. I also think unique tiles can be cute as well. If you want to save money, you can buy a sticker-like marble adhesive.

5) CLOTHING RACK
Clothing racks are great if you want to pre-plan your outfits for the week. I recommend buying one with a built-in small shelf as well so you can display shoes. Although this isn't necessarily a summer home decor idea, it is much more helpful because when you wake up in the morning, you can head over to your rack and grab your outfit, vs. planning it out the day of, which takes more time.
