10 DIY SPRING ROOM DECOR I NEON DOTS

I know that I post DIY's somewhat frequently, but I can't remember the last time I did a room decor post, even though I did several of them before. I wanted to help you guys change out your room for the better for spring, so let's get started!

1) GEOMETRIC PINEAPPLE DECOR

•Wood block shape of pineapple
•Spring colors
•Ruler
•Pencil
•Paint brush
•Mod Podge
•Sponge brush

You can have a custom made wood in the shape of a pineapple anywhere, and trace triangles using your ruler and pencil lightly. Paint each triangle in different colors, and wait for that to dry for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the sponge brush and dip it inside the mod podge, and coat that on top of the pineapple, and let that dry for a couple of hours or overnight, and you have the cutest decor ever!

2) SPRING MASON JARS

•Mason jars
•Pastel colors
•White paint
•Blue painter's tape
•Paint brush

Paint your whole mason jar white, and then put tape across the jar into stripes, and inside the tape gaps, paint the inside with your paints. Wait for that to dry for a couple of hours, or overnight.

3) COLORFUL TREE BRANCHES

•Colorful pom pom's
•Branches
•Glue gun
•Vase

Take each branch and around an inch apart, glue each pom pom onto the branch, and put the branches into the vase.

4) FLORAL LETTER

•Wooden letter of your first name
•Fake flowers
•Glue gun

Take your wooden letter and glue each of the fake flowers on the letter. It's really simple and adorable, and you can hang it up or lean it against your vanity, etc.

5) FRUIT CANVAS

•Lemon, grapefruit, etc.
•Neon paints
•Canvas
•Mod podge
•Paint brush
•Sponge brush

Take your fruit, we will use a lemon for this DIY, and cut it in half. Use your paint brush and brush the neon paint against the surface of the fruit, and press the fruit against the canvas. Let that dry and once it does, coat the canvas with mod podge and let that dry for a couple of hours or overnight.

6) PAINTED PINE CONES

•Pine cones
•Pastel paints
•Paint brush

Paint your pine cones with any pastel like color that you want, and let that dry for a couple of hours or overnight.

7) DAISY BALLS

•Styrofoam ball
•Fake daisies
•Twine

When you cut the fake flowers, there should be a sharp like object. Stick the ends of the daisies into the ball, and if that doesn't work, you can glue it on, and glue or tape on some twine, and take the twine and wrap it around any ceiling or wooden beam that you want to, maybe over your bed.

8) FLOWER POTS

•Bright paints
•Painter's tape
•Paint brush
•Pot

Take your pot and take two pieces of tape, and make a triangle shape, and cover the inside of the triangle with more tape. In the orange side, paint it with your bright paints and once that dries, take off the tape.

9) YARN CHANDELIER

•Balloon
•Needle
•Mod Podge
•Sponge brush
•Colorful yarn

Blow up your balloon, and coat mod podge on top of it, and quickly wrap the yarn around the balloon and wait for the mod podge to dry. Then pop the balloon with the needle and take out the access balloon and tie some string around an open gap on top, and take the string, and tie it around an open beam on your ceiling or whatever you'd like.

10) COLORFUL STRING GARLAND

•Water color circle shapes
•String
•Nail
•Hammer
•Glue gun

Take your water color circles (you can take water colors, pre paint them, and wait for them to dry and then cut them into circles) and glue the circles to the string, and nail that to your wall or tape it, and now you have a cute garland!

I hope you guys liked this post, and if you want to show me any of your recreations, use the #dwnd, diy with neon dots, on Instagram or any other social media. Kisses to my neonators!

XOXO,
