SUMMER SURVIVAL GUIDE: DIY SUMMER PARTY! I NEON DOTS

GUYS, SUMMER IS COMING! Seriously I feel like I want to scream and cry at the same time! If you are like me and you love to host parties (but always regret it later...) then you might have already thought of hosting a summer party, so here are some snack ideas, DIY's, and more, so let's get started!

SNACKS:

1) PEPPER HUMMUS CUP

Take some bell peppers and cut the top off and scoop the insides out, and put in some hummus, dressing, any type of thing you want to, and put some vegetables around the cup and it is seriously so adorable and there are so many fun colors!

2) BUCKET TRAIL MIX

Take a sand bucket (I forget what it's called...) and the shovel that comes with it, and put some trail mix inside each container, and you can lay out some cute Chinese boxes with cute patterns or fun plastic bags and your guests can put in trail mix in their box/bag while laying next to the pool!

3) FLOWER WATERMELON

Take a watermelon and cut them into triangular pieces and use a flower cookie cutter to cut out shapes of your watermelon and then stick a stick into it.

DIY DECOR:

1) PINEAPPLE FLOWER VASE

Take a watermelon and cut the top off, and scoop the insides out, and put some flowers in.

2) CONFETTI BALOON

Get a clear balloon and cut out some colorful circles with any type of paper you want, and put them into your balloon, then blow it up, and you can shake them around, the circles are adorable, and I think that it's so cute.

3) PINEAPPLE GARLAND

Buy a pack of glittery paper, and make sure it has gold and green, and then cut out a circle and the leaves of the pineapple, and use a hot glue gun to glue those two together. Then, take a whole puncher and punch out two holes, and loop on some twine, and you can hang it wherever you want too.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! If you guys decide to recreate these for any of your summer parties, make sure to use the #lookneondots, #summersurvivalguide, or #diysummerparty on Instagram, or you can tag me at neondotsofficial. Also, make sure to check out Dramaworld on Netflix or Viki. All ten episodes are out, and seriously I have been low key binging like I finished it all in one day. Kisses to my neonators!

XOXO,

I wanted to show you guys this picture of Dove at the premiere of 'The Lone Ranger'.

She's wearing this white top, a black leather skirt, light brown lace-up heels, and a black clutch. PS. sorry I have been gone for awhile... I also promised I would talk about my trip to Tahoe. Wait, did I? Well, sorry!!!!!!!! :p

1) I love outfit number 1 because it is just so casual yet really cute. It is comfortable and this would suit a girl with a soft personality. You could wear your hair up in a top bun and make it really girly.

2) Number 2 is so fashionable. This would be great for a job interview or just going into your office. I love the blazer because you can find these things at a simple thrift shop for a much cheaper price and you could even make a fun trip out of it and decorate it with maybe some studs on the shoulders to add that edgy look on a beige colored blazer.

3) Outfit number 3 is my personal favorite because it is just so cutesy and girly! This is great for California weather because sometimes it gets cold in the morning and hotter th…
