EASTER DIY PARTY : SNACKS AND DECOR I NEON DOTS

Hey neonators, it's neon dots here. Because Easter is coming up, and I personally love hosting parties, i thought I would show you guys how you can make Easter themed snacks and some fun party decor, so let's get started.

1) STRING EGGS

•Small balloons
•Pastel string
•Mod Podge
•Sponge Brush
•Needle
•Clear vase

Blow up your small balloons and tie them neatly. Coat a thin layer of mod podge over the balloon and wrap some string around it, tying the last piece around another piece. When it has finished drying, pop it with a needle. Repeat this process and place in a clear vase or bowl.

2) BUNNY WREATH

•Round styrofoam ring
•White fluffy boa's
•Bunny ears
•Scissors
•Glue gun

Wrap your fluffy boa's around the ring, until you cover it up, and glue down the ends. Cut the ears off of the headband and glue them onto the top.

3) BUNNY EGGS

•Eggs
•Small bunny removable stickers
•Pens

This is an easy, fun activity to do with friends. Place the sticker in the center of your egg and dot some pen marks around it. Once it is smear free, take off the stickers slowly. You can use this as decor to place over a table to hold some snacks, or just decorate it for fun.

4) CARROT CUPCAKE

•Pre-made chocolate cupcakes
•Strawberries
•Melted chocolate (dye it with orange food dye)
•Ziplock bag
•Spoon

Take your cupcake, and make sure it is fully cooked. Spoon out the center, and set them aside. Place your strawberries in the melted chocolate, and place in the fridge. While the chocolate on the strawberries setting, place the rest of the melted chocolate. Once it is set, take the strawberries out and cut the tip of your ziplock bag, making zig zag formations across. Place that in the freezer as well. Once that dries, place them in your cupcake.

5) EASTER BARK

•Melted white chocolate
•Oreo's (we will only be using the cookie part)
•Pastel easter themed sprinkles
•Pastel easter themed m&ms
•Parchment paper
•Baking pan

Line your baking pan with your parchment paper, and pour your melted white chocolate across. Crush the oreo's in a bowl, and sprinkle them across, adding the sprinkles and m&m's. Place it in the fridge or freezer until it has hardened. Once you take it out, break them into pieces. I think it would be absolutely adorable if you were to place them in small pastel buckets (you can get cheap, one dollar small buckets in the dollar section at Target, the dollar tree, or anywhere else). You can also line it with some pastel tissue paper.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post, and I will see you soon. Kisses to my neonators!

XOXO,

Neon Dots
