1) WATER BOTTLE!
Take a water bottle (for this one, you're also reusing something you could throw away, so it's great for the environment as well) and put in some really hot water, and put it below your stomach, and trust me, it will feel so nice, and you can always reuse it anytime you want. This also can help with stomach aches. If you want, you can rotate it up and down that area.
You can also run a hand towel under hot water, and do the same as well.
2) DO YOGA
Doing something therapeutic can really help all the pain go away, and a great idea is doing yoga. You could even try doing meditation.
3) TRACK YOUR CYCLE!
This is probably already obvious or at least most people I personally know do so, but I have a great app to recommend. It's called P Tracker Lite. Basically, you can track your period and it predicts when you're going to ovulate, have your period, and you can even add notes to certain dates if you want to use it as a period diary as well.
Putting lavender scented candles and products around the room will sooth you and make you sleep like a baby, and seriously, it smells really good too, so there's two perks to that!
5) SLEEP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
The more sleep you get, the better, because when you sleep, you obviously can't feel the pain, and that makes your life a whole lot easier.
