10 WORKOUT LIFE HACKS + DIY'S I NEON DOTS

Hey neonators, it's neon dots here. I know that at one point in our lives, we have all wanted to get skinnier, or eat healthy and work out more as our New Years Resolution, and trust me guys, we all have failed. Don't worry, you are not the only one. If you have stuck to your resolution, I seriously am impressed. I do want to go gluten free and workout more, so, I thought that for those who can relate to me, I would show you guys some workout life hacks and DIY's, so let's get started!

1) DAILY EXCERCISE

You will need: 7 Mason jars, popsicle sticks, and sharpies. All you have to do is first, label your mason jars for each day of the week, or at least how many days you plan on working out. Then, with your popsicle sticks, start writing workouts you want to do for each day, and put them in the mason jar. I love this because it is super customizable. If you have work on Monday, you will be tired afterward, so you can do less workouts than another day. That's all you really have to do.

2) WORKOUT CHART

If you are the type of person who likes to see their accomplishments visually, you can create a chart. Take a sheet of paper, and write down the days of the week horizontally. Then, create lines in between each day.

Make lines going vertically down the days of the week. In the top, write down the workouts you would like to do. You can buy stickers or what not, and put one in each box. That way, you can check off what workout you did on what day, if that makes sense.

3) LEMON JUICE IN THE MORNING

Lemon juice with a pinch of salt, all should be warm, every morning will lower your cholesterol levels, and help you lose weight.

4) DIET CHART

If you decide to go on a diet (Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.), make sure to write down all of the foods that you cannot eat on a sheet of paper. You can put it anywhere in your house that will remind you to either get rid of those items, or to not eat those items. That way, you can strictly stick to your diet.

5) LOSE 100 CALORIES

20 pushups, 15 squats, 50 jumping jacks, and 30 jumping jacks. Repeat this three times. You can also do 10-15 minutes of jumping jacks, which will also burn 100 calories.

6) FOODS THAT MAKE YOUR METABOLISM FASTER

Turkey, avocado, beans, spinach, water, soy milk, apples, cinnamon, almonds, coffee, broccoli, green tea, oatmeal, grapefruit, and yogurt.

7) LOSE 1 POUND

If you do 7,000 jumping jacks, it will make you lose a pound.

8) FOODS TO KEEP ON EATING WHILE YOU ARE WORKING OUT

Make sure to keep on eating, and do not starve yourself! Keep on eating fruits and vegetables. That way, it keeps you feeling full, however, you are eating extremely healthy.

9) WATER

Before you go to sleep and after you wake up in the morning, make sure to drink water. It is not an unhealthy drink, of course, and it will make you wake up in the morning and boost your energy level. Keeping hydrated is really important.

10) ORANGE

Eat an orange before working out. Not only does it keep you hydrated, but it also prevents your muscles from getting sore.

1) I love outfit number 1 because it is just so casual yet really cute. It is comfortable and this would suit a girl with a soft personality. You could wear your hair up in a top bun and make it really girly.

5 DIY LAST MINUTE HALLOWEEN COSTUME IDEAS!

Hi guys! I am so sorry, I meant to have a surprise blog post up for you guys today but it didn't work out because my computer acted out and I lost the site, so I did a very popular blog post and decided to show you guys some last minute DIY halloween costume ideas, so let's just get right into it!
